what is wrong with me?!

So, I have been doing this weird thing lately, where I haven't been hitting the snooze button and it is producing some interesting results, such as, but not limited to:

::having enough time to do my hair
::sitting down and eating my brekkie at the table
::leaving for work, not just on time, but early
::not feeling rushed out the door
::stopping for coffee if I want

Like I said it's weird, but I am kind of a fan of it. Now if only I could wake myself up even earlier to get a workout in or maybe study for my personal training certification. Baby steps, people, baby steps.

In other news, I came across two perfect videos I wanted you to see, because I am such a nice blogger and I like sharing things with other people.  Especially because I went to the gym on Monday for the first time in a few weeks since all my physical therapy started. I forgot how wonderful the gym can be when you're a girl (insert side eye).

No, I don't need help stretching. No, I don't need a spot. No, I don't want to have small talk with you. Just let me work out.

And this is why I'm not good at yoga.

But no really, do. not. fart.

Cheers!

The yoga video killed me. It's so true. I'm always thinking about what I'm going to eat for dinner.

Best part about going to a spin studio is that it's full of women*, and no one is there gawking.

*besides one of the instructor's husbands who is A HOTTIE and he can come to every class, please and thank you.

I saw that first video on buzzfeed a few weeks ago, it hit the nail on the head!! Just leave me alone, thanks.

And I really love working out in the morning, I feel so much better throughout the day so it makes waking up insanely early worth it.

that first video is one of the reasons why i don't like going to a popular gym. i'll stick with my cute little studio workouts where men don't participate in any of the classes :)

I've so been that girl who has tooted at the gym. Not my best moment.

Way to go with your new morning routine maybe some of that will rub off on to me. I would like to be able to workout before going into work so I have evenings free!

OMG I want so badly to be a morning person!! I just can't motivate myself to get out of bed extra early... I prefer to lay in bed when I wake up and figure out how many more minutes I can lay there before I absolutely must get up in order to be ready in time (talk about a run on sentence). But I'm hoping that your new morning routine will make it's way over to this girl!

Getting up early is the only way I can get anything done. I hate it but it's such a necessary evil for me.

So stinking true. Back off, broseph. I'm here to sweat and pass silent-but-deadly gas in peace. Sheesh.
