It's official, I am sore. I have mentioned before that ever since I started going to physical therapy for my knee pain and other pains, I have backed wayyy off on my workouts. Read: I have not done anything outside of my PT home exercises and short 15 min. runs. Well, I am finally starting to get back into the swing of things and I realize I have lost a lot of my strength and fitness base. Now, I know I will be able to gain it back, but I forgot how sore you can be from simple body weight movements. Here is a workout I did the other day that left me sore...in a good way!
For each exercise complete
//10 seconds of rest
//Total of 8 rounds of each movement
Then move to the next exercise
*Substitute push-ups for pull-ups if needed.
*Here is what the medball crunch looks like.
*Here is the proper form for mountain climbers.
*Here is a Single leg squat tutorial.

Good luck getting back into it! I went to the gym Sunday and showing up 20 mins before wasn't early enough for 90 min spin, so I did stair stepper and squats and I am STILL sore!
Love me some tabata, did one of my workouts yesterday.

I need to get my ass to the gym again. I've been such a slacker. It sucks.
come over and make me why don't cha!
Oh that sounds like a b-word but I just may try it today, I could use a good ass kicking.
That sounds terribly painful, but effective! I'm such a wimp at the gym, I tell you. I think it's because I hate sweating... Is that weird?
doing this after spin tonight. gracias mi amiga
I miss these things. When I was crossfitting, it was like heaven. Now that I'm not, I feel weaker. Losing weight, for sure, but just blahhhhhhh
Jealous.
i can't do a pull up to save my life!
I don't speak your language, but the graphic is so pretty.
I have no idea what a mountain climber is. I'm picturing a person climbing a mountain. Too literal?
I need to do this. Thanks for the motivation by posting awesome graphics with it! :)

Errrrgggghhh... I wish I had the motivation to do something like this.
The single leg squats dont bother your knee? They kill mine.
Ahh single leg squats are killer! Looks like a great all-over workout though :-)
Soooooo, I randomly clicked on your fitness tabs, to check it out, and found this tabata. HOLY MOLY that's tough. I wasn't coordinated enough to do single leg squats in 20 seconds at the gym, so I just did squat jumps.
HELLLO fast hear rate! Thanks for sharing!
