Oh hello there,
Welcome to my birthday month. Glad you could join me. I am also glad the 90+ degree weather could join us in Portland too, minus the whole no AC in our apartment thing. UGH. This does not bode well for a sweater like me. Falling asleep each night has been a little bit of a struggle. Let's hope I start to get used to it or break down and use the window AC my mom has offered. This broke girl, just doesn't want to pay the electric bill after. wa wahhhh. Basically what I am saying is, my life is so hard, feel bad for me.

Kidding.
My life was pretty awesome this weekend. Did a lot of this.
And a lot of this.
And then when I was done, did a lot of this. Tiger Tail. Hurts so good.
Drank a lot of this.
Did summa this.
Don't worry only had one cider, so I didn't get sick like that one time.
Oh and did I mention sweating?! Because I did A LOT of that.
Yes, that's sweat dripping off my nose.
Finished off my weekend with a conversation like this:
Friend from college I haven't seen in a while: "So, do you like have a blog or something?!"
Me: "Yeah, started it up a little while ago. It's kind of a hobby these days, gives me something to do."
Friend: "Yeah, I see you post it on Facebook. I don't actually read it, just the headlines."
Me: "Cool?"
What kind of shenanigans did you get into this weekend?!

LOL how do you respond to that? "Thanks for caring, kind of..."
And we were at 106 in Texas but AC is a way of life so really, 90 without it sounds horrible!
hahaha ohhhh people are weird. that's why i keep my blog off of my personal facebook.
Happy Birthday month!! How are you not dying? you must get an AC!!
Haha non bloggers just don't understand! Looks like you had a great weekend though!
When my best friend from high school told me she read my blog I was like, WHAT how did you find me?! Buuutt it was because my mom told her (thanks mom). Yay for warm weather and YAY FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY. Birthdays are definitely my favorite holiday.
Hahahah! Non-bloggers so don't appreciate how cool bloggers are sometimes.
Happy Birthday month!

Happy Birthday month!
Be glad you have 90+ weather there & not the 100+ we've been having here... Saturday, it was 104... FML.
That convo between you & your college friend is hilarious! My non-bloggy friends just don't get it.
Yay for your birthday month! :)
I have the same water bottle in blue :) I don't tell my IRL friends about my blog. I only force my family to read it! I should start doing more exercising with props like that ball or a jump rope. I should go shopping.
We had similar hot PDX weekends! And I completely relate to the convo you had with your college friend. Hilarious!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONTH! and tell your silly friend he/she needs to READ your blog, doy!
90 degrees in Portland?? When does that ever happen! (I only say this because one of my sister's lived up there and I think the sun showed up maybe 1 day out of the 2 years that she was up there)
And that's an awkward conversation. Why bring it up if they don't even read it? WEIRD.
Ugh...I remember heatwaves up in Seattle. No one had AC and they were miserable! The PNW is not ready for heat like that. I used to walk around with a fan and plug it into every single room I was in and sit in front of it!

oh girl, I FEEL YOU on the heat! we lived in our house the first 3 years without AC- i remember distinctly saying i preferred being outside in the 110 heat vs inside in the MILLION degree temps..
then we got two window AC units and havent looked back since... im telling you, as a fellow sweater and cold sleeper, it works!
I'm looking forward to fall already... I don't actually read your blog. I just see your posts on twitter.
